Dining Room Addition

We added 10’ to the back of this home to give our clients a dining room area and more functional kitchen space. Now they have room for the whole family to come for the holidays. The hardwood flooring compliments the space and gives it richness which goes with the beautifully selected granite. Large windows and new patio door brings light into the new space.

Remodel to Create Great Room

Before

On this project, we took out walls that enclosed a rarely used sitting area to open up the room, vaulted the rest of the ceiling, took out the wood-burning fireplace in the middle of the room and replaced it with the entertainment center.  A new gas fireplace was installed in the corner of the room.  Additional bay windows were added on the right side of the entertainment center allowing for a view of the backyard and waterfall from the newly remodeled kitchen area.

Before

We did some rearranging of our clients master bath to help give them the room and feel that they wanted. This included moving the door down a bit so they could have the two-sink vanity on one wall, removed a corner tub that was never used and put in a walk-in shower and toilet room.
